Firefox Extensions - A Gift List
My browser of choice is Firefox. Not only is it one of a limited option for me (Explorer isn’t available on my Mac), but it is quite clearly better and more adaptable for what I do.
The great thing about Firefox is that it has a whole raft of third-party plug-ins for all sorts of applications. For instance, I use a spell checker as I type in this post.
Here are a list of the ones I have come to rely on:
- Developer Toolbar - so many ways to look at the structure of a page - ideal for web developers (funnily enough).
- Search Status - Extra Ranking Information on Pages
- Firebug - Another Developer Tool for analysing page structure.
- SEO for Firefox - Another great tool for analysing a pages potential worth
- ClearForest Gnosis - Semantic Use of Text on a Page - Very Important Moving Forward
Enjoy!
