Web 2.0 is a very clever ‘next step’ for the web, wrapped up in a nice little phrase that I can sound clever slipping into a conversation (now blogging is so mainstream.

I (Craig) think it’s still a little clunky. For instance, my Yahoo Mail account is now slower than ever. (I thought web 2.0 was meant to make it quicker?).
