For those of you who came to the Usability Seminar in February, you would have seen the results of some usability studies we had run on the web site of Basingstoke Conference Centre, The Ark.

We ended up re-building it based on our findings and here is the new one which went live on Monday.

Case study will come when we have monitored the initial results.
