Article Marketing

"For those who may not be familiar with the technique, article marketing
involves submitting short articles to directories such as Ezine Articles,
with permission for others to republish your work on their blog,
website or in their email newsletter. In return, you get one or more
links back to the site of your choice."

A great post here by Brian Clark over at Copy Blogger – my new favourite blog. Only found it a couple of days ago so still trawling through all the great ideas. Why not go for a visit?

  1. I have found article marketing to be one of the best ways to get traffic back to my site. Of course, I run an article directory so I am a little bias. But, submitting articles to other article directories is the most effective way for me to obtain more members to my site. It has to be remembered that not only am I geting links from the article directory, i am also getting them from ezines, websites and through RSS feeds.

I have used many methods for promoting websites, but this is by far the most effective.

  • New stuff: Honeywell F124 banner

Its very early days, but we’ve started working with Honeywell. They’re based here in Basingstoke so our local-ness (pretty sure that’s not even a word!) is helpful when there’s a tight deadline to hit. This was the case with our first project for them, a pretty straightforward roller banner design for a show they were [...]

Time fly’s when you’re having fun and although (at the time) October seemed a million miles away, it soon came around, culminating [...]
