E-Mail Spam In Law Defeat
A groundbreaking county court case could see SPAM (at least in the UK) become less of a problem after a ruling whereby an internet firm must pay damages for sending
unwanted ads.
Nigel Roberts, 37, used the EU anti-spam law after being bombarded with e-mails from Media Logisitics, based in Scotland. The firm agreed to pay £270 damages and it is thought this could open the floodgates, or rather close down the e-mail spammers.

Saw this on Watchdog last night and have visited Nigels website which is an anti spam set up. Some interesting stuff on it…
